        Worst room and service, poor hygiene cockroaches everywhere, mosquitoes biting whole night! Dirty bedsheets which are stained , musky smell in room giving you a headache, hot water only early morning and it came out with dirt due to rain, no intercom, lift not working seems like it's haunted, staff very slow with all the help needed! Manager is not co-operative and very rude no management skills at all! No hygiene around food too! Overall had the worst experience at this hotel not worth the stars it has! Anyone wanting the worse stay and an upset stomach your welcome to visit and see for yourself!

        A fantastic hotel located in koyambedu.The breakfast taste was amazing& provided 50+ food varieties in breakfast. rooms house keeping was maintained perfectly.only new furnitures kept inside in the room. Note : These all above are my imagination.otherwise this hotel, simply waste.Not recommended.

        If there was a 0 or a minus star, that is all that this hotel deserves. All the publicity photos were from when the hotel was started. Completely unmaintained and crumbling hotel - starting with broken pavements to the reception area, non-working lifts, water damaged walls both inside and outside, unclean stairs and lobby (including the hallways to the rooms - that was filled with broken furniture, used beds, liquor bottles, etc.). Only saving grace is that the location of the hotel is very close to where most of the private busses stop or pickup in Chennai. Otherwise, not worth a look.

        Very worst hotel I have visited so far. They never worry about hygiene. Washroom is too worst, too smelly. AC was not working for whole the day during the seminar. Over all very worst maintained hotel.

        Rooms are horrible , no Hygiene, cockroach are there in the rooms. Not one cocroach, many one . Broken doors, no hanger , I will never ever stay in this again. There is no option for 0 rating , that's why I am giving 1 , otherwise I shall provide negative marking. Worst

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
