They don't even hair a hair dryer in the room. The toilet in my bathroom moved every time on use.. it clearly needed caulking to the floor. The bathroom door was coming apart. Lighting could be better. No hand towels. Bed was nice. Helpers were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent. This is not a 3 star resort. I rate it as 2. The resort has nice flooring and patterns. It has the potential of becoming a 4 star if it is kept up-to-date.

Hotel is within spread in large area with garden, a banquet hall, swimming pool, chill out space. Rooms are good but looked very old. Breakfast is available for free, swimming pool is there but cannot be used in winter, would have been nice if it would have been heated.

Good place to stay at a reasonable price. The manager and the staff tries their best to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast can use some more options, otherwise a pleasant stay. The location is nearby to the market and cafe. The rooms are basic and comfortable and the staff was keen to address any issues that might arise. From Bangalore

Location of the property is excellent. Inside city limits and near the market as well. The property is a little run down and it shows clearly in the rooms. Damp walls and poor workmanship on repair of furniture reduce the charm of an otherwise nicely designed property. Rooms were neat and clean with well behaved staff. Morning breakfast didn't offer lots of choices but was filling and delicious. Overall 3.5/5 property considering the price band (3K-3.5K).

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were welcoming and cooperative. The resident dog Charlie was the main attraction. Special thanks to Razzak, the bell boy. Our fur baby Bobby had a safe and enjoyable stay here. We enjoyed at resort with Charlie

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
