I had an amazing experience here. U stayed for 2 days… very nice resort, all rooms are spacious and food was very delicious. The staff was very cooperative and the manager Mr. Bhaskar was so kind and cooperative person.. excellent behaviour. Thank you so much

While the rooms are good but the washrooms need a lot of improvements. Just not upto the mark. We had 2 rooms and both with washrooms being a lowlight. Food quality and preparation should also be improved. There's no point serving noodles in meal without an appropriate gravy to eat it with. Even the sauces were not upfront served.

This resort location is good, food is delicious. Only part is their service is bit slow, high tea is highly not at all good. Even my room intercom was not working and they don't give a damn for 2-3 days to get it repaired. Architecture is average but cottage room is nice. Overall an average stay.

I stayed here during christmas. I checked in and found the Exhaust fan was not working. Staff took 30 minutes and replaced it. Lateron it was found that the Flush and geyser were also not working. Lateron they changed the faulty coil of geyser and refixed the flush. They wasted our half day in keeping maintenance work inside the room. Staff was reluctant to change the room and one Mr. Bhasker at reception was very argumental, misbehaved and use foul language. All the work was done by the staff when I called Mr. Diwan, the manager, to intervene the matter. Shame on the people who gave 3-5 stars to this so called resort, which is nothing but just a chaal.

This was not a good hotel in such a price. Rooms was smelling bad, There was seepages all around. Very dirty water in pool Lots of Monkey inside park Lunch and dinner was not good, breakfast was good. Provided 1 AC remote to share amoung 3 rooms. Fridge was not in room. Didn't provided basic toiletries in advance. Quality of door and locks were poor, Play area equipments were broken. Not a river side resort, but shown in photos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
