        I am Prema, 73 year old, solo traveler from South. Just vacated from Kabo. Wanted to write the review before I board my next flight. Had a wonderful 3 days stay here. The reception and restaurant staff are so welcoming and supporting. Special appreciation to housekeeping staff. ,quick response for any request and available any time. Only request to them is to keep the quality and service as they grow. Certainly would like to come back.

        Stayed 3 nights at The Kabo in December. The hotel is in a quiet lane near the Bakshi Stadium. Fairly central. It’s just 3-4 years old so in good shape. It’s a small property and doesn’t have a spa/gym/pool. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a pre-teen. There’s not much of a view but the room did have large windows. The food in the hotel was by and large good. The staff in the restaurant was always attentive and helpful. The housekeeping staff too was prompt and courteous. If there’s anything to dislike about The Kabo it’s the vanilla quality to it. It could do with more of a Kashmiri aesthetic and general flavour. I would recommend it but will say the hotel didn’t have any feature that would make it a definitive return to.

        Had an amazing 3 day stay at The Kabo. The ambience the atmosphere the hospitality of hotel and their staffs is just so amazing loved it. Mr.Gawhar and his team in dining area wins heart by their loving and kind gesture towards their customers. Only room service I would like to rate 4/5 as one morning 7:30 am I needed water in room to feed medicine to my kid but neither the room service responded on call nor the reception and at last I have to go to reception and ask for water bottle to the reception lady. Still over all rating from me will be 5/5. Thank you Team The Kabo

        The hospitality of this hotel is really commendable. Food is nice and not too pricy. Room are really spacious and well maintained. Really liked the desk provided. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom is clean with adequate space as well. I'd definitely recommend this over other big hotels in Srinagar.

        Honestly , the experience blew my mind away . It was my first trip to Kashmir and I directly went to kabo from airport . The property in itself was a extravaganza. Now about the hospitality which I would like to specifically highlight , received a very very warm welcome from RABIA KHAN . I would say the hotel is glad to have such a person on the welcome desk . It was more then a homely feel . That was my first touching experience of the beauty and warmth of Kashmir . Would also like this thank gauhar for making us feel so special , specially the kids with us. Over all it was a beautiful experience accompanied with the amazing hospitality and luxury.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
