        On my recent booking, I found their reception staff to be a bit rude as well as it was totally to my shock on witnessing them asking me for more money of nearly another 1000rs on top of my pre-paid booking, if I had a guest visiting me only for a few minutes as well on which they were discriminating that it would be free of cost is the guest is a guy while they'll charge extra if it would be a girl. Totally didn't expected this from a hotel of such a reputation. Please take care while booking your stay as well with them.

        Stayed at the Kay Hotel recently and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

        I stayed in the hotel for three days..but hardly any satisfaction.. though ambience and location of the hotel is good.. staff need to be trained professionally… Cooking department need to be revamped…care should be bestowed to serve safe, hygienic and tasty food.. Tiffs are good.. Rooms cleaning is good… Overall.. professionalism need to be infused to keep the hotel rise upto the aspirations of the customers.. I wish you all the best…

        The rooms were good but very small for the price paid. The staff in the reception were very rude and unhelpful. The wifi and the switches were not working properly and they did not seem to care. The resturant was good and the staff there were attentive but felt the food was little pricey for the quantity and quality. Overall okay experience.

        Decent rooms for the price, has a mini fridge, locker and hairdryer in the room. Service and food quality was high. Convenient location from both the airport and railway station and other major locations within vijayawada, also has a lovely walking trail nearby

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
