I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Khyber Himalayan Resort and Spa, and I must say, it was an experience like no other. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayas, this luxurious resort truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff at The Khyber went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest from the very beginning.

This place is just awesome and worth the high price they charge. Service is exceptional and the staff is great. Great ambience and the rooms are spacious and maintained extremely well. The location in itself is outstanding. Highly impressive and look forward to staying with them again in the future. Only suggestion would be to make arrangements for customers to get down from the hill for activities.

Fanatic, The decor is so pretty and aesthetic.. The hospitality of the staff is just superb.. The food is also amazing. Location is fantastic! Swimming pool and the view from there is awesome. Breakfast was good. The medical services was also very good. At high altitude getting a docter and oxygen for my mother was a blessing in that

One of the best experiences of staying at this property, it was amazing the view, the snow, the staff even though mostly locals, they were amazingly helpful. We were with kids and they would serve us almost everything on the table for the buffet. They even went that extra mile and served us anything which was not in the buffet menu for the day. We asked them for milk for the baby and they did not charge us for it. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we would definitely visit Gulmarg again and stay at the Khyber. They had a games room and a centrally heated swimming pool, play areas and lawns. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and tasty.

The property is quite old but very beautiful. The room was big with a fine ambience. The staff was super courteous. While all aspects of the stay were nearly amazing, the food disappointed us. We ordered Tomato soup and it was served warm & not pipping hot. taste was average. Breakfast buffet was lavish but it was extremely crowded. Overall a comfortable stay with a great luxury experience. Expected better tasting food at such expensive property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
