Beautiful Hotel, rooms with period furnishings in a historical setting. Attentive and curious staff. Good food, best Masada omelet in India thus far for me in two trips. Short drive to the Railway Station, the Fort and other sites.

Hotel rooms are really good and property itself has vintage look and feel. Location is good and you can reach all tourist spots easily as connectivity is good. We were really happy with rustic rooms, heritage looks and small but cozy garden they have. What they need to improve and improve drastically is service aspects. Specially the restaurant manager needs to learn how to communicate. Jodhpur airport is small and has flights to major destinations in morning. Which means - guest would be in hurry in morning. We were looking for quick breakfast option so as to depart by 745 ( breakfast starts at 730). There was so much confusion in his communication that it was never clear whether or not we will get to have parcels or breakfast at hotel. Finally we left with three sandwiches packed - at around 755. When travelling with kids - what you are looking for is convenience, assurance and great service. You will be disappointed if you look for that at this property.

Rooms are well decorated and clean. Hotel has a good collection of antique things and amazing garden. However , I came across a horrible experience about service. I travelled with my Wife and a small kid. I had a flight to catch early morning. I asked hotel reception and catering manager to pack sandwiches for me as it was included in the package.This was communicated a day before and also reminded in the morning. They said the breakfast starts at 7.30 am so you will get it at that time which I agreed. To my surprise , 3 sandwiches were packed as a breakfast of 3people. I still kept calm and asked for few more. They took the order and nvercame back . I said I am ready to pay more . Even then no luck with my packet. They didn't allow us to take breakfast as they said we are packing it for you. (Which never arrived). All this happened after 7.30 am which is their scheduled breakfast serving time. Reception and catering manager were very rude. Finally as I had to catch a flight , I left without anything. Suggestion - staff doesn't understand requests. They will appear very humble to start with but in case of any such incident they are very rude and absolutely rigid.they don't care if you have a flight to catch and you have kids who might get hungry in the morning. One last thing - staff urges for a great review at the time of checkout so dont trust these 5 on 5 reviews

I booked a super deluxe room for myself and my parents, which was quite spacious. Location is amazing and well connected to major areas in the city. Hotel staff was very hospitable and service is remarkable. Their decor and the building is a heritage site and everyone takes pride in sharing their rich history. Food was also delicious especially their rajasthani thali. I would recommend a stay here to everyone visiting Jodhpur. I had a very comfortable stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel which is also a heritage site. The owner and staff were extremely courteous, pleasant and welcoming. The ambience of the place especially the roof top dining was great. The food was delicious but slightly expensive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
