Their service is amazing. It is an off beat place with nearest market couple of kms away. But if you are in group and want to be away from city this is the place to be. Mr Sandeep took care of us very well. He was also there to serve us. Rooms are clean and fresh. Special points to Mr. sandeep

Krishangarh (Kuthar) is situated on the MDR-75 i.e. Shalaghat-Arki-Kunihar-Kuthar-Patta-Brotiwala adjoining Sabathu, Kasauli area. Krishangarh is an administrative division of Solan district having sub-tehsil status Kuthar was a princely state of the British Raj, located in modern-day Himachal Pradesh.… for the visitors good change , relax and enjoy around views. One trip is ok ..from Chandigarh two way to go there one towards brotiwala road road condition is ok ok and narrow road … other side Himalayan road via Dharmpur divert towards sabathu

It was really a good experience for all of us, they gave us very sepcial treatment, all staff mambers were very friendly, Hotel manager Mr Sandeep was very nice person who helped us for local sight seen and helped us.

Totally remote, road via solan is very secluded, far off from habitation and quite hoary, access roads bad, food menu is average and as available at any other normal restaurant, if travelling with kids, remember to carry medicines and people with motion sickness and altitude sickness should never travel here. The property is quite well maintained and has families visiting.

Place is good but the travelling roads are so bad m stuck in map it was showing 1 hour way to reach this place but fue to bad roads it goes to 3 hours worst road experience and there is not village or town between solan to kuthar palace if u face any problem in this route there is no people and mobile network in this area not good for family trips.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
