This hotel is at a very prime location of the city and it actually helped us explore more as the distance was less from all the important sights. I liked the view from its terrace where a restaurant is set up. At night you can chill here. They let us do early check-in which was a great thing at end moment. Rooms were good except one fact that the sink was leaking.

Room is good, neat & clean, staff behaviour is polite, location is good, roof top restaurant is super but too expensive...there are breakfast included in our price but they give limited breakfast and same menu like pohe/ Paratha etc. problem for hot water in lake view rooms..

Disappointing Experience at "The Lake View Hotel at Lake Pichola" – Beware Travelers, this can be a spoiler of your trip I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at "The Lake View Hotel at Lake Pichola", and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of my life. From the pathetic and slothful room service to the rooftop restaurant disaster, this stay was nothing short of a regrettable decision. The real low point of my stay, however, was the rooftop restaurant. The Nazara by the Lake is not owned by the property and there's no professional chef cooking food there. We had our first dinner in that restaurant and it was an extremely bad experience. The onions and tomatoes in the curry were not cooked and when we complained the owner simply walked away and afterwards was very arrogant. Coming to the room service. They have all the local boys providing the room service who already have any communication between them. The hot water supply was not proper because of which we daily started late for sight seeing. So, all in all, the experience was very painful because of which I had a spoiled vacation to such a lovely place Udaipur.

Good Hotel for budget and Luxury room. The best part is the rooftop Restorent. The best view of the lack of pichola. And all palaces are walking distance. Only 200 Mtr Jagdish Temple 500 - 800 mtr City place.

Horrible service, basic amenities like iron (press) is also not provided even after confirming over calls that it is available in hotel. The breakfast is toooo bad, better have it at a roadside joint. Staff is insignificant and rude. The room is full of small cockroaches! Was charged 10k for 2 days for this quality n service! Only good part it is in main city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
