Ambition Food's pool view is stunning, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The diverse menu offers delicious dishes with impressive presentation. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The poolside seating adds a touch of luxury to the meal. While the overall experience is excellent. Overall, Ambition Food is a delightful choice for a serene dining experience with great food and a beautiful pool view.

The hotel is located at a convenient place and had great views of the mountains. The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff were excellent, courteous and very helpful. They were genuinely happy to serve. Although a late reservation during peak season, they accommodated all our requests, including extra mattresses, top floor and nice views. The food at the restaurant was was also great. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty selection. To top it, the room rates was quite reasonable. The only suggestion for improvement would be to heat the pool and to extend the pool hours in the evening.

Very Nice Experience…Room were spacious and service was very good … Atmosphere is very pleasant & view from balcony is very good. Morning Breakfast & Dinner is good & tasty. Hygiene is priority of Owner/ management staff. Swimming pool is wide and one can enjoy with family & friends. Outside garden sitting are is good and perfect for photography. Perfect destination for spending leisure time.

The Room check-in was smooth. The rooms are a bit premium which made me feel comfortable .. The view from the Room is 🔥🔥. This resort also has a swimming pool and it is well maintained. We had breakfast and Dinner in the restaurant inside the Resort. Loved the taste of food ... Not spicy but tastes yumm. The Room service is great. They allowed us to keep our luggage in the resort for 1 day and get freshened up when we returned back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lake View Resort. The hospitality was exceptional, and the rooms were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. While the location was beautiful, the timing of our visit made it quite hot. The food, though average, didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Additionally, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Munnar town on a bike without traffic, adding convenience to the stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
