It is situated in very good location I mean to say that it is in the heart of city. easy to go and come. All area buses are available. Taxi available, for car owner parking area available. This is nicely maintained and looking good from outside also. Very neat & clean, so we can dine/ breakfast/ lunch here without thinking second time. Service is good, staff are well dressed and behavior is also good. In one word here good food with pleasant environment.

The interiors of The Lalit is breathtakingly beautiful and surreal. The location of hotel in the heritage space if the city gives it a old city charm with all modern amenities. You can enjoy the savouries of Bengal and the hospitality if the staff are impeccable. This hotel truly justifies the spirit of the this old city. The location of the hotel is also very apt. Person who stayed here will wish to spend more time here for sure.

Let me cut to the chase - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY DURING ANY TIME THERE’S A PARTY ( holidays/weekends) IF YOU WANT TO GET SLEEP DUE TO THE LOUD MUSIC We stayed there during New Years and there were parties at the hotel club on Dec 30 and Dec 31. My entire room was vibrating from the loud music blasted from the club. The event was scheduled to stop at 4am. The first night it ended at 4am, the second night music was still blasting at 4:30am. When I called to speak with concierge to make a noise complaint, I was told the music was off. Clearly it was not because my room was still vibrating and I would have never called in the first place. The receptionist told me she would look into it. I called back at 4:40am because the music was still on, and asked to speak with the manager. The manager yet again told me the music was off when it wasn’t. I went downstairs to speak to the manager directly because clearly my concerns were not being addressed. Both times they lied and told me the music was off and tried to gaslight me. Both the receptionist and manager refused to do anything until I said I’m not leaving here until the music is off as the music was supposed to stop at 4am. I get that it’s New Years Eve and people want to party. But this was almost 5am. We are paying to stay at a 5 star hotel, not a club. You should implement a strict end time as most other countries do. Or if you want to play music all night long, then you should consider investing in some soundproof walls. The way the situation was handled was soo unprofessional and I expect way better from a 5 star hotel. Besides that huge downfall, the rooms were spacious and clean. Large breakfast spread. Gym equipment were new and functional.

First the positives, room was very big and facilities were pleasing. But the staffs and their service were quite bad. During check-in, the reception confirmed that they will send our luggage to the room. We waited for an hour in the room and called the reception for our luggage and they said that if we have urgency then we can go to lobby and carry our luggage by ourselves. It was a shocking response from a 5* hotel staff. Eventually they sent the luggage to our room. Poor service from a over priced hotel.

So I would like to share a few things here, though the experience was good and staff was extremely helpful. Buy something that wasn't right. We repeatedly called reception and confirmed we are coming by 12 for brush. No one mentioned that the food starts at 1 pm. In fact, even after 1 or 1:30. I did call the hotel before reqching the venue. They just said yes, please come. So the name should be changed to lunch and not brunch. Rest everything was right in place. As you know, the first experience stays with you forever, so this was something really weird. As we had to wait also 1.5 hours for food to be served

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
