Me and my three colleagues visited Kasauli and stayed in this beautiful property. As we were an all girls group they ensured our safety and treated us very well. Lucky is an amazing chef. He cooked for us fresh and the most beautiful thing was that we too had our hand in cooking alongside Lucky. Really a mesmerizing experience. Thanks team The Lalita's.

I visited Kasauli on 7th Sept with my family. Roads are now connected and safe, but a little bit rough, but again safe to drive. Hotel is very nice big near and clean rooms. View from rooms is amazing and food part was awesome. I recommend this property.

I had stayed in many hotels But this hotel is in my top of the list .I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate any kind of occasions.

I wish i would be able to just give zero stars... our entire family booked the villa as our plan extended for one night as we were approaching the property we called the villa and the they confirmed. Post half an hour they called us informing that the road is broken and the car will go off road hence we decided to cancel for our safety But when we tried to cancel it they did not acknowledge the issue and did not bother to understand the issue. We always wanted to come to the property but when a call comes from the hotel itself thats when we cancelled hence we were entiled to a refund Either make my trip or the villa did not issue no refund and we suffered a financial loss as well as a safety risk I would never recommend the villa to anyone. See you as an owner will never accept your property as a defaulter but go through the reality check and read you old reviews by certain amount of people claiming that the roads leading to your property are not safe and secure so please stop deffending yourself everytime with your pathetic answers . And no one in the world will write anything wrong about you unless they faced something , I do understand you need to defend yourself but please go and check you roads leading to the property and you kindly listen to the call made by your receptionist explaining that do not come over since the roads are not safe and you might have to go offroading for 3-4 km , So anyone with the family will never take that road since it is always a matter of safety when you are away from your hometown and specially with your familt .... Finally coming go the point of refund please keep the amount as a charity being made by my family and get the roads constructed to your property .. Please stop misleading people!!!

Family room is very good to stay with family. Excellent place to stay calm and enjoy rainy vibes. Food is good and pocket friendly. Rooms are clean and balcony provides a picturesque view of greenery outside. Will love to come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
