Excellent stay and property. Worth the money. Golden Leaf rooms were good and very spacious. Amenities and service were very nice. The property, spread across 6 acres, is well-maintained everywhere. The resort is built on a hilly area, and Golden Leaf rooms are on a steep slope. In case of older parents, you will have to call for a buggy every time as the slope is quite dangerous. My parents managed it. The swimming pool was best in class with a great view of Munnar Hills. Hotel location was the best, food was excellent, and service was top-notch.

Amazing experience staying in this resort. The rooms are so clean.We went for 2 day stay there and the resort was amazing. Facilities where really nice. We got so much amazing view from resort. Cannot express enough how much I liked the resort and food was also really good. Best place to Visit with Family and friends. The staff were very courteous and greeted us when we arrived with a welcome drink. They were kind enough to upgrade our room as well to a golden suite. The food was good and the view from the second floor of the restaurant is really amazing. The resort itself is quite big and beautifully maintained. At the time of checkout they even took a photo of us and gave us the laminated photo along with a key chain. They have other activities like nature walks, bonfires, evening tea etc as well. Overall, the stay was excellent and nothing to complain about. Must stay in munnar.

We stayed in 2 rooms villa at the Leaf on family vacation. Highly recommended for a lonely trip in the lap of the nature. Food was excellent in both breakfast and dinner. High standards of housekeeping and hygiene at every section of the property. Special mention of Chef Mr. Sijoy who personally attended us at our table... A must visit for memorable moments.

We were here for 3nights with our team for a vacation. This place is amazing!! Beautiful location!! It’s full of positive vibe!! The staff is very humble !! Inspite of the resort being full their service is too good !! The rooms are spacious. The property is very clean and well maintained. The resort does give you a feel of a foreign location. Food is good. Overall great experience!!!

Overall very awesome place to stay. The breakfast is excellent and the view is great. But the road towards the hotel is very badly in shape. Too much potholes and too narrow the road. Road is not excellent. But the staffs and room very excellent n beautiful.Food is delicious. I'll recommend my family and friends m

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
