One of the most delightful properties in shimla. At a time when everything is commercial and crowded and lacks character, this quaint villa is all the old world shimla charm one can dream of. The road and drive leading to the property, the location and the interiors there is nothing to not love. To actually live in the middle of the trees and fresh air and sip the morning tea feeling the breeze and the nip in the air is an experience like no other. Would highly highly recommend the property to anyone who is looking to take away an experience of a lifetime and a feeling like never before

Property is well located in VIP area of Shimla with greenery and peaceful ambience. Had a best stay away from any chaos and crowd. Really appreciate the host for warmth and friendly stay. Caretaker is too sweet having good hands on food and service.

This little cottage has our heart. While looking for cottages we were sure we wanted a cosy place away from the hustle. On finding this beautiful , asthetically pleasing little house, we instantly decided to book it. Though it was new but we booked it because of the location and photos. Luckily it was more than what we thought. Apart from being a beautiful space, the hosts were so warm and helpful. We loved our stay here and will highly recommend. Will visit again!!

Had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful property in Shimla. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. I really loved the small cozy rooms which were perfect for the Shimla winters. Would love to visit soon.

The amazing little house is located in a prime location, has the most beautiful view around it, the staff is great, food is awesome and everthing has been arranged so that you have a truly amazing experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
