You can’t get worst start than this in ooty. When we asked for the room manager replied you have booked cheapest price room and cheapest price location. I have paid 3250 for superior quality room. Overall the room and property doesn’t deserve even 1500 for this type of room and hospitality. If you are booking this hotel check for hotel lake view. You will be amazed by the place at the price point they offering

This hotel was so great for our stay in ooty. The rooms were clean, spacious and felt grand. The hotel staff was so kind and thoughtful. They helped with everything. Hot water was available 24/7. The breakfast was great. They didn't charge for the drinking water at all. Just perfect. The only thing is that it is on the main mysore ooty road. BIt secluded but we were able to walk to ooty lake, bus station and even charring cross.

Hotel staffs are polite and helping, little old interior but amenities were up to the mark. For vegetarians, restaurant is not that good, can visit nearby veg restaurant like pooja restaurant. parking space is good, location is one of the best.

Not recommended. I have done checking night 11.45pm and after getting in room with family. There was not provided even the towel. At the morning 1pm I asked to reception for a towel, but they replied morning 7pm they will provide. Toilet is not hygienic. Not worth

Very good place to stay with family, budget friendly 24 hrs hot water facilty in washrooms, many hotels will promise but it wont be present when ou checkin, but here hot water was available 24/7. Big rooms, budget friendly morning Buffet, overall good exp with Majestic crown. it is on main road easily accesible

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
