A fine hotel to stay if u want to be in the heart of city. The food was good. But they really need to work better on their rooms. They are just not good enough if u want to enjoy the hotel as in luxury. Only good thing was food spread in buffet.

Rooms are very poorly maintained, bathrooms are quite dirty. Bed linen are not clean. Spotted cob web, coackroach inside the hotel. Ordered Hot & Sour soup, which was good. There's stark difference between the hotel reception area and room maintenance. Will not recommended it to anyone. Couldn't be justified as luxury hotel as per the claims.

We booked rooms at The Manohar in the first week of November for our relatives . The service was pretty ordinary or maybe infact poor. But the worst part of the stay was that we found a big rat in our room on our 3rd day of stay. Never earlier in my life, we have faced this issue in tens of hotels that we stayed at! And of course for the amount that's being paid for this place, such things are not expected. It might have been a great hotel once but I would not recommend it now. Pretty average stay!

The worst hotel experience in Hyderabad honestly even oyo stands better , recently visited this place with a friend Don't go with the pictures they are all a cheat to the eye , I'll go by a list of reasons for u not to book this hotel , 1 : The walls are super old the hallway is dirty , the service is bad the rooms had cockroachs , the linen was dirty , 2 : their menu is extremely expensive and not everyone can afford it. That isn't an issue if one is hungry they aren't allowed to order from out and these won't provide cutlery. 3 : the front office staff aren't aware of alot of things from the hotel they don't know what they serve what they don't they couldn't help with any difficulties and had a very bad attitude the manager wasn't kind at all . 4: apparently you can't order from outside and that isn't even written anywhere nor have they told us or kept us aware , 5 : they don't have a physical copy of the menu nor were they helpful when I said the scanner wasn't opening he insisted I tried from the room after I kept repeating it isn't opening 6 : the television wasn't paid for so it was a blank TV, 7 : we paid for a room with a tub and didn't get a tub instead we were told our room is upgraded so that's a total ripp off . The pictures state they have a tub 8 : very bad front office staff very poorly trained , 9 : a 250 ml bottle of coke is 180 and I was told by the Manager it's expensive and I might not pay 10 : they turn of the AC in the middle of the night , when asked they said they'll work on it but they didn't really, Honestly I didn't like the experience at all they weren't polite enough to even refund the money we paid for the room with a tub we hated it so much that we checked out one day in advance

0 value for money. Badly trained staff. Everything needs replacement. Found cockroachs in the room. AC failed middle of night. Staff non responsive. No power backup. Avoid at all cost

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
