        Poor customer orientation. Very normal rooms. I experienced smelly room with torn bed sheets, broken pot seat etc. There was no hot water. They claimed the geyser and motor has broke down. There was no hand towel. When asked they said it's not come from laundry. Then at 130 in the night they called and disturbed my sleep to say towel has come. There are many other hotels in the area with similar and economical options. Avoid this one at all cost.

        I found it to be a value for money place. It is not as plush as the Renaissance or Courtyard. However, with the rate they charge it is giving you enough value for ur bucks. The rooms aren't very big. By default, you do not get the dental or shaving kit. You have to explicitly ask for it. There was only one towel in bathroom no napkin near basin. No green tea in the breverage tray. The RFID card used to open the door was a plain white card with room number, no Hotel name on it. Having said that, the basic hygiene was well maintained. Bed, room were clean. Food was not their forte either. The worse part is that they do not serve Non-Veg in the restaurant buffet. You have to order it separately in your room. Overall it is a good place for families looking for good value for money places

        We had visited this place for cousin marriage and had overall nice experience. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is very slow and you had to follow up many times. Food was okay, overall nice stay.

        It's a quiet such great place to stay as a single/ friends/family whatever it may be. Foods will be the most important thing need to mention specially South Indian dishes , very glad to stay there.

        It has been a wonderful experience, the food was excellant by taste and very hygienic, and the room cleaning was superb neat and clean and staff behaviour was excellent they treat everyone very politely, i recommend this hotel for all like , business,family ,etc.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
