        We stayed here for 2 days with a big family group. The rooms are spacious with good view. We were given 6 th floor. The staff here is very helpful. However the food here is not up to the mark. It’s very disappointing. Also it was very disappointing that on 31st the event organized by the hotel was only in Malayalam, we requested the host to at least speak in English but he ignored. Kindly consider that people come from all over India 😞 Hindi or English would have been better. Overall it’s a good old property which is spacious but needs to fix the old construction and also check the AC in 603 and geyser, it never worked. I asked for fan😷 and took cold water bath.         Stayed as a family there last July. Staff was very helpful.Provided a spacious family room according to our requirement.Arranged Airport pickup and other travel needs. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Buffet had many varieties for locals and foreigners. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good place to stay in Capital City.

        Extremely horrible experience. Staffs are like typical Kerala government employees. I was there with my entire family, including my aged parents. We were not getting hot water and I tried to help. No staff cared, appeared “how’s that our problem?”. We ended up in making hot water with the kettle and took shower using bucket. We chose the hotel seeing it had a pool. When we went there they said it was closed. There was no notifications about it. When asked the staff, same attitude. Made this choice to support public sector. But the experience was as bad as making a reservation in ksrtc just to be informed that the bus is cancelled with no alternative arrangements offered. Floors of the rooms can be very slippery. Groups with kids and elderly, better stay away

        On our first visit the room they gave us was gud n spacious n was clean .....but On the second visit to the hotel they charged us the same but the room they provided us was small . N the bedsheet-quilt was stained n had hairs ... N the washroom was not cleaned n thr were hair everywhere in the shower cabinet

        Went to mascot hotel for lunch with family. The service was very poor. Waited for 10 min for anyone to attend our table and that too when there were hardly few tables occupied.. We ordered chicken biriyani and that was served after 20 min. It was served cold , not sure why it took 20 mins to deliver. Food quality was below par. My son had to go to bathroom after having it and to add to the woes, the flush tank was not working. Altogether a very bad experience. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it hardly deserves 1 star. Will not visit this place again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
