        Was part of a wedding group in December. My 80+ year old maasi misplaced her room card. Went down to the front desk to get a new one reissued. There was no customers in line at the desk and both front desk staff were not busy. They told me it would take 45 minutes to issue a new card. Very apparent that they were not interested in doing their job. Most card readers can be programmed in seconds. If this is the level of service for the utmost basics you can imagine the level of service provided by the staff is below adequate. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!

        I had high hopes for this place as I saw pretty good remarks and ratings on google but I'm pretty disappointed. Their standard room is too small. Though their amenities are overall good. I really liked the fact that they have their mini bar fully stocked with liquor, chocolates and energy drinks. It's chargeable but still I liked the fact as I visited various three star four star hotels but always found mini bars empty. But great disappointment on food. First of all their restaurant is highly highly expensive. You get very normal food at such a high cost. You will not find the urge to order. And their complimentary breakfast is the worst. Very very limited items. I cannot even call it a spread. Hardly 6 to 7 items. No variety. And once one crate is empty they don't restock it. They don't restock juices, milk or anything. If you are going after 9am you will find an empty spread basically, the staffs were not bothered to restock anything. Whatever left was ice cold and not a single staff member was courteous. We had to tell them to restock a few items but what we found was they were making a small batch of food and once the item is finished they can't restock it. Instead they started making individual orders. As a luxury hotel where the food price is so high which can beat a restaurant price as well, I couldn't accept that they couldn't even give a good hot breakfast spread. So if you are booking your rooms here feel free to opt out the breakfast. That area has so many food joints that you can avail great tasty food at any point of time. Housekeeping service was good. But other services were not that great

        Don't opt or this hotel. I visited in Dec'23. Issues faced- 1.The bathroom is very small. And bathing area is so tiny that a person can hardly fit in. One has to squeeze through. 2. The water was not draining from the washbasin. had to repeatedly call the maintenance service. 3. I travelled in winter and Hot water was not available. 4. Food was overpriced and while quantity was very very small. Taste was also not great. 5. I opted for free breakfast. But, they were reluctant to replenish the food. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

        Room and window should be little big... Room is very small and windows are too call because of this i felt suffocated and mirror should be in room.. going washroom again and again for touch-up or something related to makeup is not okay. There's no fan in the room. It's also a necessity. Food is good and stuffs are also good.

        Restaurant staff are required to be trained in better communication. Sometimes, I feel they don't care when they answer. Food and stay good on a macro scale.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
