Nice location with many offices in same area. Buffet service is good but needs improvement. On request food items arranged by staff. Breakfast menu is very good and lots of variety available. Some of snacks items available in room along with beer which is Billed while checking out. AC in rooms are good. Big screen led provided. Nice rooms with neat and clean services

The hotel maintains international standard in terms facilities and the quality of services. The entire staff team was polite and made our group stay very comfortable. Had a best experience. Dinning at the hotel was also an excellent one that left our taste buds not to forget the delicious cuisines. Overall 5 stars and more

Stayed 3days for an official trip. It is very clean and cozy . Rooms are spacious, small refrigerator, LED TV, wardrobe available. Breakfast spread is good and taste also good. Food price is costly but being in middle of IT tech park this what we can expect. Staffs are friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I loved it.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Located in a very calm,clean n safe premises. Rooms were cozy n spacious, co operative staff,good food n secured car parking. We were v happy n satisfied with everything. Hotel booking in Chennai is sorted for lifetime 😊

Aroma restaurant is decent place to have a modest buffet. They don't have to many varieties. But whatever they offer, it taste really good. Quality is better than number of dishes. Nice ambiance but they switched off the A/C after 9pm :(

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
