Great experience. Went for dinner with family. Certain options were not available but staff was supportive and helpful with options. Got complimentary desserts and few sweetners for kids as takeaway. Buffet spread is also good

Writing this review as somehow the staff available on duty is highly insensitive, not having basic etiquette and humbleness for their guests. Staff on duty is showing highest level of arrogance and inappropriate behaviour. Will not recommend it to anyone to consider this hotel for their itinerary. Staff needs basic soft skills training on immediate basis. Staff needs to learn how to be humane. Hope the management will take care of the same. Thanks

Very nice location, just near by Sahar airport,and western express roadways. middle heart of mumbai. within the reach of everything. Very calm and cozy place every thing is satisfying and great hospitality.

The hotel staff, especially Mr. Roystan at the front desk, ensured a seamless and courteous early check-in experience. His warm welcome was appreciated. The food was excellent, and the housekeeping staff exhibited a helpful nature. Mr. Saurabh Pande, the floor attendant, displays remarkable passion in his work. Despite being a company booking, I am eager to return with my family in the future. Overall, a very positive experience with the hotel and its staff.

We booked the Mirador for a quick stay before an early morning flight. A tad bit high in regard to value for money. Accessibility to the airport is a good point, but then there are scores of such hotels. A slight above the average stay for a night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
