I have a memorable experience. The service and presentation is awesome. Moreover l am a fan of dada. Though now l am heading a school in Ludhiana but my education is from West Bengal. After a long time l loved speaking in Bengali with the employees of this hotel. Every one from my school appreciated the service and hospitality and infrastructure. Keep it up.

It was an overall awesome experience. The star of the show was the restaurant which served us with the best of the dishes and a special shout out to Mr. H Kumar who made us feel at home and tended to all our needs and requests.

The location is only good thing about this hotel. The service and the rooms are pathetic. The food is overpriced. The room and washroom is not up to even 3 star rating. They do not have even tissues in bathroom. The bucket is dirty. Every room has a balcony which seems not cleaned from decade. The third floor room was stinky hence we moved to second floor which was ok to spend 3 days.
