Location is perfect. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Not all the lights worked, shower light was hanging from the roof above the shower. Floor was dirty. Bed and furniture were clean. Considering I stayed for a comfy bed and good location, this was perfect for me. Have to take a star away though for that dodgy light in the bathroom and the dirty floor.

It is on brigade road cannot ask for a better location . Rooms are decent size and clean . Service is very good , had a mid night checkin but they were very helpful .

We are Singaporeans travelling to India for the first time. The location is central, room is clean and the service is good and satisfactory. The front desk gave very helpful suggestions, especially a staff named Matthew. He is diligent in his job and caring toward guests.

It really is a budget hotel that needs to focus on cleanliness and odour control. My pillows were stained red, my bedsheet had holes in them and the bathroom sometimes emitted an unpleasant odour due to poor ventilation. However, when the issues were raised with the hotel staff they were quick to address them. The major downfall for me was that the wi-fi had poor connection with frequent drop-outs and the wi-fi password needed to be updated every second day or so. Otherwise, overall the staff were responsive and helpful. The major drawcard for me was that it was a safe and secure hotel located in a convenient spot with excellent night life, access to a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a large supermarket downstairs open till 10.30pm. It is a convenient place to stay if you intend to be out and about.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
