        hotel is decent, but aircraft noise will not allow you to have sound sleep. However more than that is the staff is pathatic, had horrible experience. It was really shocking when one of the front desk seniors not only misbehaved but I would call it harassment to customer. I just came down to speak to the front desk and the way one of their head staff spoke I feel she has some nervous/ psychological disorder. It was your security guy who showed maturity to resolve the issue.

        Perfect for a stay near the airport and near the metro station. Unfortunately, the cost is much higher than for other hotels of this level of comfort, cleanliness and service. Detailed review 1 ROOMS The room smells of some chemicals used to clean the floor. Very strong smell, gave me a headache on the first night. Not ventilated at all, actually. No windows probably because the buildings next to this one are too close to each other. There was only lukewarm water at night for a bath. Tried whatever they could but best maximum some 30-35 degree water...My friend in another room only had body temperature or cooler water. The room was spacious, and well equipped, but the smell of the cleaning chemical was a bit too much for me. Tried to open the door for a while only to let in some mosquitos! Sad. 2. SERVICE Was so-so, there was very little information while checking in about wifi, room key card, etc which made things a bit confusing. Otherwise, decent polite and respectable gentlemen one time and lady the other time at the reception. 3. Location Excellent location, metro station right next to it, large road nearby, taxi, auto easily found. No proper parking available though, and pick up and drop is a bit difficult. Overall will recommend for the convenient location, but not for anything else.

        I had booked 2 rooms for Rs. 8500/- through Make my trip for 5th December 2023 night. I couldn't get to Chennai as my spicejet flight on 4th December 2023 was diverted to Bangalore because of the cyclone. The same aircraft was returning to Bombay and I decided to return to Bombay as everything was shut in Chennai. I immediately called Make my trip from Bangalore at 10 am on the 4th and asked them to cancel my hotel bookings. Hotel Mount Manor has refunded me only Rs. 7000/- and has deducted Rs. 1500/- as service charges, for what???? I have asked Make my trip to explain to them that being 4 senior citizens there was no way we would be able to get to Chennai from Bangalore as everything was at a standstill because of the floods. The hotel still insists on charging service charges. I have been trying to call the hotel but can't get through. This is absolutely unacceptable as being in Chennai and knowing the circumstances, they refuse to refund the whole amount. This is a genuine reason as it's a nature calamity that stopped me from traveling. I would request the hotel to reconsider refunding the balance amount as I am Very disappointed and I will be posting on all social media to show inconsiderate and disgusting behaviour. 😡Of course Make my trip too has conveniently washed their hands off 😡

        Budget hotel within 4k with breakfast included. Location is just 4 kms from airport towards main city. Decent hotel for a single night stay. Located at walking distance from Nanagallur metro station

        The hotel is really good, staff is good. But the most positive point is that it is very near to metro station from where you can take the metro to Chennai Central or airport. Rooms are also nice & spacy. Overall a good experience.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
