Our stay was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and big. Staff was very helpful and polite. Heater was available. The hotel is 1.5 kms from mall road so the hotel staff provided free pick for us multiple times from mall road. View is really good and as there were no bachelors in the hotel it was a quiet and relaxing stay.

Had the pleasure to stay at The Mountain Quail for 2 nights. We took a mountain view room. It was spacious, with beautiful woodwork, and had a nice view of the mountains and the Himalayas. Clean towels, bedsheets and pillows were provided. The water boiler was working. The breakfast buffet provided was very good. The place is a little hard to reach, one needs to make sure to keep an eye out on the road for the sign board. A 4-wheeler will definitely have some trouble reaching. It's around 2km from the hustle and bustle of Mall Road, hence a quiet place. Overall, well recommended

Barely 1.3 km away from the library end a beautiful hotel with excellent services. The rooms have mountain view and garden view. If you are a nature lover/ birder go for the garden view, it has a water hole view with amazing himalayan birds all over. If you are lucking you can sight some great himalayan squirrel also! They have one free pick up drop to the mall road.

Average Stay !! Pros: View are really Awesome Cons: Washroom was Smelly even after mutiple compaint and Toilet Seat was borken, Electricy Issues Not found worthy as per paid prices

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
