I just spent a week at this hotel, leaving happy and relaxed.. Hotel has great location, beachfront, you can leave balcony open and listen to waves all night.. Akhil - manager of the hotel is very professional, attentive to all needs, was able to respond to any issues.. AC and fans in the room, decent breakfast and overall great hotel for the price. I would stay here again

Pros- Beachfront location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, prompt service, decent breakfast buffet. Cons- No road connectivity (you will have to leave your fourwheeler around 300 meters away from hotel but they will help you with your luggage transfer), Expensive food and rooms. Overall - Recommended stay, especially if you are looking for a relaxing Beachfront stay.

Rooms are clean but very basic old style. Toilets are pathetic. Location is the only attraction. Don't expect good service and hospitality from them. No ventilation, common lobby stinks. Not at all worth for the amount we pay here. I asked for towels 5 times but still they didn't provide... ridiculous!

Pathetic service. No parking available. Very slow customer service. Have to call them multiple times to get the issue resolved. I checked in hotel on 2nd Dec 23. I booked 2 Deluxe room but the rooms were not cleaned properly. Bed sheets and towels were not cleaned. They took more than half an hour to change that. Also flush was not working. There was no stand to place the towel or bathing soap in the washroom. There was no menu card in the room called restaurant and told them about it as it was very tough task it took them half an hour to give me the menu in the room. Which they gave me after they stopped taking orders for room service. I told them that i have traveled entire day and my mom cannot walk properly they did not listened to me. I had to then wait for half an hour to connect to general manager and then the restaurant agreed to give the room service. Reception staff does not respond to any queries in time. They do not respect the customer. Very bad service.
