The Neeraj river forest resort is a perfect place to chill out with family and friends. You have rooms with private pool as well as a common pool. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and you can clearly see the sunrise / sunset. It is a pet friendly property and is the perfect place to spend your holidays. They have a dedicated parking space and the food is just awesome. The morning buffet is very flavour full and the juice is the best. Have to in resort restaurants and both of them are amazing.

I recently stayed at The Neeraj River Resort in Rishikesh and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming andt accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed with modern amenities. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, I would highly recommend everyone to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Rishikesh. The combination of stunning views, excellent service and comfortable accommodations make it a truly memorable experience.

Worst experience ever, 1. The access road is pathetic, four wheelers will be stuck. Safety is compromised, please do not go with family. 2. Fake photos of rooms, you will be forced to pay advance, wherein they claim pay at property. 3. Staff is third class, they will keep troubling you at odd hours(midnight) for no good reason. 4. They don't have a smoking room available and smoking outside is not permitted. 5. Atrocious bar, better drink water. Please visit if you want to just burn your money and destroy your peace of mind.

The location of the property is very bad. In a village, in the middle of nowhere. The major deal breaker is that the property is in the middle of the forest area and you must come back by 7:00 pm. Otherwise the forest guards will close the barriers. The service is very good. The staff is polite and helpful. Room is just ok. Not great. The private pool is just a 8x5 'tub' with zero privacy. Anyone walking on the road will have a full view of activities going on in the private pool.

Perfect place to relax & enjoy your vacation. Neat & clean rooms with all modern amenities. Spacious washroom. Food quality is good. Staff is doing great job. They will take care whatever you say. I would highly recommend this place if you live to stay in nature. Since this resort is located in Rajaji National park which is 6-7 kms before the main city & away from city rush. Overall it was nice stay, would love to visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
