      Beware of the bugs and possibly hidden cameras in this hotel: I think they have managed to get some fake positive reviews but this hotel should not even be in business. Their rooms and premises are highly unhygienic and the hotel is infested with pests wherever you see. The rooms are smelly and their AC also doesn't work for hours. Their beds are itchy with bed bugs and they even have some blue lights hidden in the ceiling which could be hidden cameras. I would definitely go ahead and complain to the local authorities as well as the health department as this hotel is violating several rules. Definitely do not stay here.

Dear fellow travelers, I feel compelled to share my appalling experience at The Nest Residency in the hope that others may avoid the same distressing situation. Unfortunately, this review highlights the hotel's unhygienic conditions, infestation of spiders and insects, and the staff's insensitive and apathetic behavior, making it an unfit choice for your stay. Upon arrival at The Nest Residency, I was immediately disappointed by the unkempt lobby and a pervasive odor that lingered in the air. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of our ordeal. Our assigned room revealed an alarming sight of cobwebs in the corners and an infestation of insects within the bathroom. The level of filth was beyond comprehension, and it became evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel. To make matters worse, the bed in our room was infested with bed mites, causing us to suffer from incessant itching and sleepless nights. It was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The complete lack of basic hygiene standards demonstrated by The Nest Residency not only falls far below acceptable standards but also poses a serious health risk to unsuspecting guests. Equally disheartening was the dismissive and insensitive behavior displayed by the hotel staff and management when we brought these concerns to their attention. Instead of promptly addressing the issue and providing a resolution or compensation, they shrugged off our complaints as if they were routine. Their disregard for our well-being and refusal to take responsibility for their failures left us feeling abandoned and deeply disappointed. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and care, especially when faced with such distressing circumstances. The Nest Residency has demonstrated a shocking lack of competence in handling guest complaints and maintaining a clean and safe environment. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against considering The Nest Residency as your accommodation choice. Spare yourself the agony of unhygienic conditions, encounters with insects, and the apathetic treatment from the hotel staff. Instead, explore other options that prioritize cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and genuine hospitality. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to future guests and encourages the management of The Nest Residency to reevaluate their practices and make significant improvements.       Worst experience staying here, we only went because it had positive reviews but after checking the hotel, it seems like the hotel has boosted its ratings by taking fake reviews. Shame on them. We cancelled our reservation and complained to the hotel management about the unhygienic conditions but they didn't seem to even bother. This is a real review from a person who went there and experienced the real issues. Don't go here at any cost.

      Beware: They have fake reviews and edited or filtered photographs. I am posting the real photos here. Their rooms are infested with spiders and insects. Their beds have mites and the property smells really bad. We got duped by their photos and reviews and prepaid for two nights. We checked in so late so unfortunately we had to somehow spend one night but we left the next morning. The management is so bad that the front desk guy didn't even have our reservation first. He spoke with someone and "fixed" the booking. First he said he doesn't even have any rooms and then he suddenly got our two rooms available. As soon as we entered the room, there was a pungent smell. We were welcomed by the insects and spiders in the bathroom. The bedding was not washed and smelling. This hotel is a perfect place for viruses and bacteria. Go here if you want to get infected by diseases.

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
        The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
        If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
        Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
        For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.         Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
        User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy

        After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
