Top notch hospitality and service from staff, particularly at the hotel restaurant. Cuisine was excellent and varied, rooms were of modern design and ammentities, and surprisingly the views aren't bad either. You get a glimpse of the snow top Himalayan mountains out in the distance. Some minor issues did occur with room 305. For some reason the power would trip every day at least once. I had to call the building mechanic to reset the fuse. Didn't happen in the other room we booked. Overall, 4.5/5. Definitely worth the two night stay we had.

Can't comment about the rooms, but dining at the restaurant was an absolute treat! Maybe coz we went in the off-season, the focus was always on getting the meals customized for our liking. The food spread was also great and I don't remember asking for something which they weren't serving :). Way better than the dining experience you'll be getting at the mall restaurants by paying just a little premium.

I’ve been to hotels in many countries; however, the service we received at Oasis Mussorrie was exceptional! From check-in to check-out, staff ensured our stay was made comfortable. Although the hotel is not grand and has limited room options, available services and breakfast food options, I’d still highly recommend this hotel due to the great location, service delivered by staff and quality of the food. Special shout out for Sanjana for looking after us every day during breakfast. Thank you and we shall revisit!

This is the first time ever that I’m writing a review on the 1st day of the visit to any place. The location is very serene and quiet with good views from the rooms. The staff is super nice and courteous, special mention for Sanjana at the restaurant for feeding us so much with an always smiling face. Shout out to Luv who made our check-in flawless and quick. The food so far is super tasty, fresh and delicious. I’m gonna enjoy rest of my stay!

I had rejuvenated after this trip. What added on more was the comfortable stay at the hotel and kind hotel staffs. “Luv” one of the hotel staff was so helpful in organising our tours and he also made us comfortable during our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
