I needed an early check in and they let us check in 2hrs earlier. They let us keep our bags at the hotel for a few hrs after check out as well. Service was excellent. Really liked the rooms, clean and elegant. They also hailed an auto for us at 6.30 AM. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Udupi. My only recommendation for the hotel is to provide bathroom mats as it is standard in hotels.

I recently stayed for 2 days at The Ocean Pearl Hotel in Udupi and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs were met during my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and selection dinner, which offered a great selection of both local and other dishes. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out to me, making my stay truly enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Ocean Pearl Hotel for anyone visiting Udupi. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Second stay here. It's very convenient for highlights of the city. Service and staff brilliant. Rooms are clean. Breakfast service is always great. Wi-Fi here can be improved. But recommend and will stay again.

Staff of this hotel is not reliable. I requested 2 hrs extension during check out so over phone their staff members confirm and says ok but finally at the time of checkout they charged me Rs.1000 extra. Very unethical and rude behavior of staff. Only hospitality word is mentioned in their name but I saw complete absence if hospitality. Not recommending this one, will get more better option at same price. Worst ever experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
