        So, my stay was for 2 days. I arrived quite early at 5 am. It was freezing cold. They couldn't provide us with early check-in. But they did provide us a table to sit and wait and a heater to warm ourselves. Later on, we managed a room to freshen up thanks to a very nice elderly couple who checked out early. I put service as 4 because i think the waiting room could be centrally heated as the small heater wasn't hot enough. Also, the general washroom downstairs isn't clean or well equipped enough. Also, the breakfast can be better, which i will explain later. However, They upgraded our room to a better view, which was a nice gesture. The rooms are really nice with exceptional views and great heating. However, I think the breakfast in the morning should have some non-veg options, which i didn't find for the two days i was there.

        I live outside of India (NRI) and stayed in hotels in India. Rooms were spacious and clean. With extra bedding to have 4 guests in the room, only 2 towels were given. Request was made and it was attended to but be great to have common sense (or effective communication between reservations & housekeeping). Our child needed extra blankets & housekeeping was called at about 11pm but no one came. Poor service! Food generally was good. Table clearing was poor and hand basin in restaurant was very dirty. Seemed like no one bothered to monitor and clean for 2 days! It showed poor housekeeping and questions hygiene for entire restaurant.

        I stayed at The Orchid Hotel in Manali for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The rooms were not clean, and the bathroom was in poor condition. What disappointed me further was the additional charge for heaters, which seemed excessive. I also want to highlight that the hotel displayed pictures of another seemingly upgraded property, but upon arrival, I was provided a room in their older facility. If you're booking in the range of 2500-3000 INR, I recommend double-checking to ensure you'll be staying in the newer part of the hotel, as my experience suggests they might place guests in the older section without clarification

        The location is great and at walking distance from old Manali. Food was good. But service needs to be improved. And there wasn't any assistance at night hours. I had booked for three people but the facilities were for just two . . And they were very reluctant in arranging for the third person.

        They have two buildings, one a hotel and other a resort. The photos given in this map are of resorts . we booked their service thinking actual rooms will be like these photos only . But when we reached there , we were disappointed since they provided rooms which were very old and of no view .there were small cockroaches in the room. No heater is provided and if you want extra charges will be applied for using the heater as well as for drinking water . Their breakfast buffet was really good . Overall service is good.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
