I highly suggest that you stay elsewhere. I have been visiting Mumbai my whole life and decided to book my 60-year-old parents a "nice" hotel near the airport, however, it was anything but nice from the start. The hotel manager was super condescending and rude off the bat, saying our reservation didn't exist as I am showing him the confirmation number of the booking. We went back and forth for about 2-3 hours and mind you it is 1 am when we got there. This man ended up telling us the Hotel canceled our booking one week earlier because we did not call them to let them know we will be there. How childish is that?? How would we have known to call without an email notice. For the money you will spend to stay here, you can get a much better hotel and service throughout Mumbai! Please save your money and time, you will go through an experience you do not want to deal with on vacation. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff at the Hotel are truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests' experience. The room itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed – from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful placement of outlets and USB ports, it's clear that the hotel understands and anticipates the needs of modern travelers.

Location is what clicks for this hotel. Else it's at the best an above average place. The higher category rooms are well furnished and definitely more comfortable. But be aware that all the rooms are non -smoking. However there are two smoking zones in the central lobby. The service is quick and courteous. Front desk personnel are friendly and attentive. An overnight stay is not-so-bad an option, more so coz they are kind enough to arrange for complementary drop to T1

Strategically situated just a 10-minute drive from Mumbai Airport Terminal 2, this hotel offers convenience and proximity. The executive category room, featuring a separate sitting area, proved to be quite comfortable—ideal for work purposes. The highlight was the in-house restaurant on the first floor, offering a diverse buffet with options ranging from juices and cut fruits to Continental, Chineese, South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtra, and Gujarat cuisines. The restaurant staff exhibited exceptional attentiveness, serving with a cheerful and prompt attitude. The impressive variety was further enhanced by the excellent taste, emphasizing both quality and quantity. A stay here is highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
