        Worst hotel they are just taking money and providing worst room and facilities. If you ask for room change they won't co-operate and not even return your money AC not working broken switch board , dirty bedsheets and not at all maintained Worst room don't stay here they are just simply they are charging high and facilities are worst dirty toilet dirty room dirty bedsheets It's just waste of money opting for this resort. The fountain shown in pic was last operative before ages and it's so much awful to see dirty water in the pond and it seems like this place has 0 maintenance people have been cribbing and asking for money back still no response from management!! Food quality is not so much !! No cleanliness the resort not more than a public toilet!! Poor hospitality and extremely poor people management and you will hardly see any staff working!! Most bad place...please don't plan for here...they are posting old property images on websites....rooms are very bad, smelly, damp, beds are dirty, rooms wall dump,...as well as very bad behaviour of every staff's....very bad experience..😡😠

        Booking this hotel will be your biggest mistake in life! Broken gate-broken bed- broken wardrobe- bathroom with broken lock- shower never works- dirty bedsheets- insect mosquito and full of spiders- swimming pool is too old also extremely dirty. If you have done sin in the last life then you got to live in this khander hotel which is almost situated in Jungle of Digah(extremely enterior). And hotel price is as high as Taj Hotel.

        "My stay at this resort was marred by an incredibly poor room service experience. The room attendant was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with the management, they denied any responsibility or willingness to address the problem. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and has greatly tarnished my perception of this resort."

        What a beautiful resort.. If you all are searching a good ambience, pocket friendly resort in Digha must visit Palm resort once..

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
