We stayed as a couple for three nights during Christmas. It was one of the most memorable stays we had experienced. Rooms are spacious with an excellent view. Housekeeping and cleaning was spot on and quick. They took real good care of us. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast (spread was really good) and the added advantage was to get to sit in the open and eat which was really enjoyable considering the cool weather. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable experience.

The view here is lovely, make sure to ask for a room with a view. The location is central but it's right off a busy road so there's some noise and there's no space to walk around in the forest or outdoors on the premises. The pool on the roof is gorgeous but it is heated all day long (it's essentially a jacuzzi), so not very useful on hot days. The service was okay generally although affected by miscommunications. The food was good too, not the best we've had but good. Overall, I'd say this is not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's a nice 3.5 or 4 star.

We have had such an amazing stay here at the Panoramic, everyone greets you with smiles and you are treated with respect and humility. The spa was such a wonderful experience and amazing and experienced staff! The restaurants both have incredible food with such wide variety. We will definitely be returning….. couldn’t fault a thing.

We stayed here for three nights right before Christmas. The staff was very kind and polite, and very willing to help. The hotel is clean, but for sure dated. The pictures make it seem newer than it actually is. It appears the hotel was probably cutting edge and stunning in the 90’s, but it could use some upgrades to reflect its wanted 5 star status. The restaurants were excellent. We used all of them. We found the food quality to be very good and reasonably priced. We also used the spa, and enjoyed that too. There is very loud music that plays till 1 or 2am. It’s not related to the hotel, it seems, but it’s extremely loud and hard to sleep until then.

Fabulous stay at the Panoramic Getaway. Gorgeous room with stunning views. Two outside pools - would have been nice if one had not been heated. Lovely place to watch the sunset. Meals in the Indian restaurant were delicious with great service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
