My wife and I visited this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they actually made our day. We ironically had this unplanned as we had a booking at a different place which ruined our evening and we relied on the Park for our rescue and they didn't disappoint us even a bit. Everything starting from the greetings to the dining experience was just exquisite and the food menu wasn't too vast or scarce but it was just apt for having a good spread of choices. The quality and texture of each of their food items was fresh & delicious and was a perfect 10 when it comes to taste & flavour. Special thanks to KIM our hostess for the evening who made sure that we had an amazing dining experience. We would surely love to visit them again.

The Park Bangalore lives up to its reputation. The rooms were clean and tidy. CHECK-IN was smooth and everything was sorted. in-room dining was delightful. Breakfast was amazing with fresh food and many varieties. Overall, it is a satisfactory place. Would visit again.

It's a great place to stay. The... staff was friendly, accommodating and personable, starting from the front desk. The dishes are very good and tasty... The hotel is located in a prime location, close to the Bangalore Palace and many shopping centres. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The hotel also offers free parking, free wifi, and airport transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Bangalore.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. I booked for one day. But wanted to extend for one more day. But was disappointed when they hiked tariff. Most unprofessional way of treating a guest for a few extra bucks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
