Went for new year party with 3 level of dance floors. Contemporary, Bollywood and mixed. It was amazing.... The deal was with the stay. Excellent option.. Awesome liquor choices. Good food.. pool party.... Worth it for 3 people for 20k all-inclusive. I had my 13 year old daughter with me and my wife. All very well taken care of. Staff is very well behaved. Overall a great place...

Park hotel is awesome star hotel. I attended a wedding reception here. The banquet hall is good and spacious, but food is not much great its like as normal 2,3 star restaurant. Deserts were not good at all provided by hotel. Overall it's beside necklace and very happening place.

Giving 3 stars as there is no proper swimming pool where you can comfortably go in. Being a 5-star theg should have paid attention to making and maintaining a good swimming pool. It does matter quite much in such hotels. Infact the water was also dirty coz it was in an area where a lot of pigeons were flying above it constantly and there was no one to clean it. Keeping a restaurant right next to the pool was a very bad idea. However, overall hospitality was not bad.

I haven't used room as I was there for a corporate event so I haven't rates rooms. The hall on the top floor have good view and is well placed. Services in the hall are good but the after sale support could have been better. We were left totally on the mercy of banquet staff and they were not aware of some of the inclusions in our contract

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
