The hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Park, and it was an absolutely luxurious experience from start to finish. It truly loves up to the name..The moment I entered the grand lobby, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who made me feel like a VIP. The room was nothing short of exquisite, with tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and a breathtaking view of the city. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the high-thread-count linens to the state-of-the-art technology integrated into the room. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional, offering a diverse range of culinary delights to suit every palate. Whether it was a gourmet meal at the fine dining restaurant or a casual brunch by the pool, the quality of food and service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa and wellness facilities. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and spent hours relaxing in the spa's serene ambiance. The Park Indore is one of the limited number of 5-star hotels located in Indore. I chose it for its convenient location and amenities. Upon checking in and entering the first room allocated to me at around 2345hr, I heard very loud music from a field opposite the hotel . I was informed that there was an ongoing wedding event that would stretch way past midnight. I asked for a change to a quieter room which the staff obliged and changed me to another room on the other wing within 10 minutes. The service was good. Sound proofing of the room can be improved to block out the loud noises. The second room was clean and well equipped. However, the shower area in the bathroom was choked and the water could not be drained off, causing water retention. It should be better maintained.
