The Park Hotel in Connaught Place, Delhi! It's a fantastic place to stay or visit. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe with luxurious amenities. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of the city, and it's surrounded by great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Room size off course no so spacious if you are with your friends. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend checking it out! 😊🏨

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotel New Delhi, and my experience exceeded expectations. The culinary delights offered at their restaurant were exceptional, boasting a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. From delectable local dishes to international cuisine, each meal was a culinary journey. The chefs showcased skill and creativity, making dining a highlight of my stay. The ambiance complemented the culinary experience, creating a delightful atmosphere for memorable meals. I was given the worst room.. There was construction going on and the view was completely blocked in the winter there was no sunlight. And I was lied to at reception that all the rooms of the category I booked don't have view while the window wasn't blocked of the rooms next to me and they were getting full sunlight and city view. I had even told in advance that I've an exam the next day yet finding me solo they duped me saying it's a nice soundproof room, but conveniently left out the detail that construction work was going on right on top of it. I couldn't study at all, had a bad headache because of that. So I thought I'll go to the poolside and study, turned out pool side was rented for a private party so guests couldn't visit. Even the TV dth is not good..some local brand. Not a good choice of channels and definitely Not a smart TV. All in all bad things kept happening. The service was also very slow, I had to wait for 5 hours for them to put heater in my room. Asked for water in the morning before check out.. Didn't get. I myself had to go to the restaurant and get my bottle filled. Pathetic experience.. So not worth it.

Overall very nice stay. Rooms are clean, food is tasty. Room service is decent. Location-wise it is right next to the happening market of Delhi which is Connaught Place. So why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5? When you work as a receptionist in the 5 star hotel, you need to show that happy smiling face to the guests, which I felt was missing based on my interaction with 2 different employees while check-in & check-out. Otherthan than this onething, everything else was nice.

This hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. It looks like it has been around for a while and all of the wear and tear is really showing. The rooms are clean, but are very worn down. The staff is friendly and takes great care of everything. This made once have been a five-star hotel, but these days it's probably a three-star, maybe a four star if you have low standards.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
