I checked in this hotel on 14.01.2024 with my family, booked sea view room. Positive points 1. Service and behaviour of staff was good 2. Big property with nice garden view 3. This hotel has pool facility. Negative points 1. This property is over priced. 2. Rooms are not spacious. 3. Property definitely needs renovation. 4. Their sea view rooms don't give you that feeling of sea view room . 5. Doesn't give you feeling of 5 star hotel in overall experience.

Just for namesake this is 5 star property. Old room with dirty washrooms. Don’t expect any 5 star exp. no valet parking, no one will assist you to take your luggage. Breakfast is good , service is also good . They changed our room after complaint about dirty room .first we got room on 3rd floor and later it was changed to 4th floor. I feel 4th floor rooms are bit better. Location wise very good .

Not worth the money if it's hard earned. No service what so ever. Location is too good. Staff and rooms are not at all good. Not worth it. Such beautiful location need to be maintained well if to write a good review. No reply from the management even after such review. They only reply to five star rating.

I have known this Hotel since a long time and I am well aware of the class of service that they offer. I have had a banquet recently and I was taken aback by the kind of professionalism that this entire team has shown, I have not had a single guest who has not complimented on the venue and the service provided by the Park. The entire team that was assigned to me for my event had left no stone unturned to make sure that the entire event is a great success. The rooms here are clean and tidy the staff is extremely professional. The location is amazing as it is at the beach road. I have had amazing experience every time that I visit this place. Special mention to the GM of the Park Joy Deep who has a wonderful team and his personal attention to details. Great Place and a wonderful experience. Must Visit.
