The place is stunning. When it comes to food you'll get both quality and quantity. Top things: Crispy veg, Chilli chicken ( specially for delhites) , hakka noodles, Dal Makhni, all beers. I personally liked tawa rotis. Must not : Shahi paneer

Our stay at The Paul Bangalore was a true delight. From the moment we walked in, we received a warm and gracious welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The luxury room was a haven of comfort, featuring an indulgent bed, expansive space, a beautifully designed bathroom, and a spacious balcony offering panoramic views. The delicious food and supreme room service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's atmosphere was serene and inviting, with a large, refreshing swimming pool in the backyard. The property exudes a premium heritage charm, and the gym facilities and vibrant night club added to the overall experience. The front view of the hotel is a sight to behold, adorned with a profusion of blooming flowers and well-maintained gardens. The interior, with its warm wooden accents, created a cozy and welcoming ambiance. One highlight of our stay was the exciting evening entertainment show, which added a touch of glamour to our evenings. And to top it all off, the hotel boasts a large and beautiful heritage restaurant that serves culinary delights. In summary, this 4-star hotel in Bangalore is an enchanting blend of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. Last week The Paul organized a get together for about 35 people, to celebrate my sons 25th birthday. Oh what a culinary experience with gourmet food and beverages and soothing ambience enhanced by the accompaniment of a pianist .Manky thanks to Mr. Rakshit Shetty and his team mainly in attendance..banquet manager Mr. Nirmal Mathew, Preeti , Biswajit( bar), Suraj Singh ( reception).Waiting to announce another celebration here! . Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great .Staff were so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Veg and Non veg grills on same pan makes it uncomfortable for pure veggies. So most of the starters ore Off the plate if you are pure veg. Other items are fine , good range of deserts and main course though. Ambience is good though and good for 50+ Business food gatherings

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
