Amazing place to stay and enjoy your leisure time. Good rooms, amazing service and quite tasty food. Staff is very courteous and take utmost efforts to make stay comfortable. Location is also very good. Good views from hotel. It has good garden area, kids play areas.

The experience at Pavilion was the worst of my life . The staff's behaviour was quite rude. Food was below average. My family had a severe medical emergency immediately after checking in the hotel. We had to check out immediately the next morning hence we asked for a days refund to which they refused upfront. Also we checked out at 7 am and they didn't serve us breakfast too. Not even tea. Extremely sorry to rate this but not at all a customer friendly hotel this is.

Hotel was easy to reach with car, parking space was available. Was around 400 m walk to naini lake. Room charges were little expensive. Bathrooms were huge. If you are going with car, this hotel is best as it is at good location. But you would not get lake view from this hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and looks royal. It is big hotel and they provide us the best view room also as I requested. Food is good. There is kids play room, game room, badminton court etc. it was good stay.

The property is very well maintained and reasonable priced considering the amenities and room size, they have kids play area and separate games room. Each room has separate sitting space. However good options can be increased in breakfast menu as it was limited items buffet breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
