Poor Management of the property, staff behaviour is at the worst, treating customer as if they staying for free. Campfire charges are exorbitant. Rooms are like stinky, filthy, whitewashed 10 yrs back. Only plus point is the location. Staff doesnt understand hindi at all.

The biggest plus to book this resort is the location, it is on the top of the hills with a good overlook of the town. The garden and outside area is well maintained. They do have a campfire site but were inoperable due to shortages of firewood. We requested but they couldn't arrange for it. During check-in, they didn't mention anything about depositing the key for room service. We found our rooms were not serviced and garbage was not picked up when we came back after a tiresome outing day. The bathrooms smelled awful, really really bad. Only after we asked for the odonil, they gave the pack. Services weren't prompt, for the most part hot water was coming but it stopped in the middle and when asked they said we had geyser and had to wait for a while to get hot water. The food in the restaurant was quite delicious and there was no issue with the quality of food. We have to order ahead, that's understandable. Overall we enjoyed the stay except their room service and inability to provide us with a campfire. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review. For the price paid, definitely they have to improve their service or needn't be complacent.

The location is very nice. We stayed in the Royal suite room which is behind the Buddha statue, for a 2-night stay with kids. The attached bathroom has two ways, one for a room and the other one for a veranda. So be careful. The food is not good better to go to hotels outside. The staff didn't come to clean the rooms. There is a play area.

The manager Mookesh is the worst manager I have seen for any resort I have visited yet. For each and every thing this person will say "No" and give irrelevant excuses. All other staffs are helpful and agree to help the tourist but this person makes tourist tour unpleasant. If you are having 3 days stay then on entry day itself he will ask money for all 3 days. And if once you give all money in advance then they are not going to listen your any request. If day by day you clear money then they will listen you. Person goes to hill station to spend money & enjoy. But this manager spoils your trip even you spent money. Due to this person me and my group of 10 families will never go this resort and never recommend. If tourists are happy then resort will get more and more business but they make tourist unhappy and their trip unpleasant. Will not recommend this resort due to this manager Mookesh.

Location is good. Rooms are not as expected. Asbestos shed covered with false ceiling. Rate is very high. Bathroom floor tiles were breaking in our room. Path from the rooms to the cafeteria is very steep... difficult for elderly people to walk. Food is tasty and can be organised little better during crowded days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
