The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The on-site dining options exceeded my expectations, offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes and the best part they have own microbrewery best craft beer 🍻 The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a highly recommended stay for those seeking comfort, excellent service, and a memorable experience."

A hotel, without any hospitality. The bed linens were neat and tidy. The property is good. However the staffs here doesn't know anything about good hospitality. We checked in late and we found that the intercom not working to order food, the kettle not working for making hot water. The staffs here doesn't bother. Breakfast was OK. Never at an expected level.

From our personal experience, there is no hospitality, no professionalism and nothing except false promises. Visit Piccadily only for Malt & Co. but don’t ever keep a function here. They served non vegetarian soup to our vegetarian guests. Their decoration team is also very bad. They charge very high & don’t deliver anything as expected. Stage was shaky & absolutely poor quality of DJ as well. Rooms are extremely dirty & worn out. Poor lighting in the rooms and totally non caring staff. Not recommended at all.

The Piccadily Hotel in Chandigarh provides a decent stay with its convenient location and spacious rooms. The on-site dining options and services are satisfactory, although some visitors have noted areas for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. While not without its flaws, the hotel offers reasonable value for a stay in Chandigarh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
