Everything about this hotel is on point. Location is great. About 2 km away from mall road and just walking distance from eco cave park. Service was the best I have experienced. The manager Mr Deep ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant in every manner. We booked one bedroom apartment and the room was huge with all the amenities. If i ever visit nainital again, I would definitely like to book this hotel. The hotel doesn't provide lunch and dinner but allows outside food and deliveries.

Staff is courteous, breakfast was very homely and good. Hotel location is not good, its quite a walk uphill on high court road. There is no open space, balcony, garden or restaurant, where you can sit, relax or walk. You wont feel like coming out again after so much walk or traffic to reach, and there is nothing to do in the hotel. TV is in sofa area, which is not comfortable to watch. Hence, bedroom also become boring in absence of TV. We were with kid and had booked this for 3 night, requested cancellation for 3rd night as was becoming challenging with kid at this location, but hotel management didnt agree. We shifted to another hotel anyways wihout any refund. Could have been nice from hotel to show some flexibility here.

This is not anywhere near to the standards that one expects from the Lesuire Group. You should shutdown this property if you really want to keep your reputation intact. I trusted to book an full apartment here due to the reputation of Lesuire group but it's not anywhere even near. Mosquitos, Consistent Smoking Smell in the rooms and full apartment that even the room fresheners are not able to control it.

Neat and clean rooms. The rooms are in a new concept of 1or 2 BHK apartments, all the kitchen cutlery was ther in the kitchen. Microwave and fridge was also present. You can warm or cook your own food. View from the 1BHK rooms is excellent, with sunrise as charm. Loved the place and will like to visit again. Although its 2 Km from Nanital lake but you can get a taci in just 100Rs to reach from the lake .
