        Never had such a bad experience staying at a hotel. So many bad things i don't know where to begin. Before i begin my rant, i highly recommend no one going to this s***t place. Go to ibis which is cheaper than this hole. 1) the reception staff / manager ; whoever he claims to be. Such an unfriendly and an unpleasant face. We were given an obnoxious room (nothing like the one in the pictures i saw) and i asked for a room change which he said he will do it the next day and i guess that day never came for him. Second thing, i asked for a pen (might sound silly) but he said he will bring it. Called him up after 15 minutes, he said someone is bringing it. I called again after 15 minutes and he gave the same response and guess what, the pen never came. Never seen such a bad service from a hotel. 2)- rooms : oh my god!!! It’s a horror. The room was stinking of naphthalene balls. The toilet was disgusting. The paint had stains. The mirrors had stains. The sheets have never been washed i think. Had stains on them. The bed was so old and poorly maintained. 3) the housekeeping staff. Poorly dressed they look like thieves. Probably hardworking kids but their appearance was so off putting that i didn't want my room to be cleaned even if i stayed for two nights. 4) only good thing was location. Close to a metro station. And accessible to everything.

        No Pride Left Pathetic Nauseating Dirty rooms. Smell of pest control every room. Had to cancel my two night booking and moved out. Staff Dilip didn't have courtesy to say sorry for the inconvenience. He was just like we will process your refund. Worst experience ever. Not stepping into the garbage hotel again.

        The location is what made me book this hotel, extremely disappointed with the maintenance of the rooms n bathroom as well. Stinking hallways and room has a lot of dust with molds on the walls. Breakfast was decent with good options but found cockroach near the counters. While checking in they made a scene saying documents to be provided immediately where one of our phones were off and we had soft copy, we requested saying will give just one document after we charge the phone that would take 5mins still he made a scene at 11.30 pm saying you cannot step in without one document also. Making my 5 year old waiting in the lobby for 20mins , even after prior call saying I need the check in immediately as I am travelling with a kid.Property is good with amenities but poorly maintained. Please look into this and we booked The pride thinking it's same like Bangalore l but disappointed ☹️

        Atmosphere is good. But don't ever think about food, it is a basic kind and not that much worth. Better you can skip and have food in surrounding hotels. Staffs are friendly but the management is worst. Always you have to ask for your needs even a glass of water.
