        Front end staffs are little incompetent and unorganized. Car parking was hectic. Room service literally needs atleast 5 remainders to get something. We were 3 people stayed in a room and they kept just 1 soap 1 shampoo bottle. No dental kit or slippers. Paid almost 60K for 2 room for 2 nights but the amenities is below par. Some low cost lodges carry better amenities. Just because of the location we chose this hotel but it was a mistake. Definitely not value for money.

        The place is on great location at rock beach. However we found the place avarage leaving aside the location. Rooms were average, bit old, lacked the luxury feeling. Hotel galaries need a lot more cleaning and maintenance. There is no car parking space and they provide wallet parking. Our dinner experience was not good on rooftop terrace restaurant. Dining is quite expensive and quality doesn't match with the price. Staffs were very nice however the property needs a lot more improvements. Bathrooms were just average, more like two star hotel.

        The Right Vibe with an exceptional experience at Promenade Hotel in Pondicherry! The highlight was undoubtedly the culinary journey led by Chef Franklin. The food was simply mouthwatering, and Chef Franklin’s touch had levelled it up. The Veg lasagna was an absolute delight- bursting with flavors and cooked to perfection. It’s very rare to find a vegetarian dish that’s is so satisfying. Also the pastries were some of the best I have ever had! The combination of a vibrant location, courteous service, and delicious culinary sets Promenade Hotel apart. My sincere thanks to Promenade and their team not to forget Chef Franklin 🫶 for making my stay noteworthy.

        We had the pleasure of experiencing the breakfast spread at Promenade hotel, and I must say it was truly exceptional. The chef Franklin's culinary skills were evident in every dish. The selection of breakfast items was diverse, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. One standout was the chef Franklin's attention to detail in presentation. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. It was evident that the chef took great pride in their work. Moreover, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Would highly recommend!!

        A very pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff is very enterprising and always courteous. A special mention about Tarababu, he is always smiling, greeting and ready to help with anything. Check-in to check-out was smooth, room service was quick, ocean view rooms are amazing. Food on the roof top restaurant excellent. The beach is just across and is crowded on weekends, but still amazing. Couple of things which need attention , housekeeping could be timely, main restaurant:a couple of flies and flees
