Lovely hotel and very well situated. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive and were aways ready to advise and help. We had a fantastic New Year's eve at the party and dinner, it was extremely good value for the price and we would certainly do it again. A great place to stay!

The rooms are decent and the price also is decent. The service is abysmal. There is absolutely a very large communication gap. They charged my guests and despite paying cash at the counter they have failed to reimburse my guests till date; more than a month from the time of check out. Each one shirks the responsibility and turns a dear ear to almost all requests while hosting guests. For that one reason I will ensure that neither I nor any of my guests will ever be hosted here.

Got a room for the day for changing & refreshing purposes. Very chic and neat. Serves the purpose. The only struggle was to handle the key card as it needs to be swiped even to access the floors where the rooms are. And the person in the room was without a power supply. Maybe we didn't exactly figure it out. But a great security feature. Have to commend the management for that.

It is a 5-star hotel, expect everything that is expected of a 5-star hotel. Everything about the room is amazing, the continental breakfast is amazing in all its flavors and its amenities are cool and relaxing. There is a rooftop pool that is perfect for Chennai’s hot weather to cool off, and a gym for all those still keen on working out during vacationing.

We arrived late. Check in/out was seamless. Restaurant stayed open for us and the food and service was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Cost of stay was very reasonable. Thanks to all the staff. Will stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
