        The atmosphere was good and the food was delicious too (with an exception) but the service not so much. The soup we ordered had a ton of salt. It had to be replaced with another soup order, which we explicitly mentioned to be VEG, also confirmed by the waitress. We were served Non-veg soup however, and that's the height of carelessness in a hotel of this stature. If you're a veg eating human being, risk it at your own discretion. The management is good however and the staff was polite during this tragedy.

        Absolute Nightmare. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I had a booking with them which they canceled last minute! I had asked about my room and confirmed with the Hotel 1 week before my stay. The staff was too rude and their bald manager did not help at all. I had to rebook Radisson Indore at 8pm after these Useless Pathetic Uneducated Rude people at Mashal had cancelled my stay! Please do not book Mashal Resort and save your money. Have been here to eat before also and their food Quality IS BAD and Taste is even WORSE. Got Sick after eating here so please stay away.

        The rooms were pretty good and neat. The cottage rooms had a jacuzzi which is out the world experience. Best view from the outer dining area. Very calm and peaceful place.Must visit Place for family and friends. One should definitely visit this place once in lifetime.

        went for lunch … NAUTICA food was good but the service was extremely poor and not expected from a good hotel … they served nonveg on our table … when our order was pure veg … the staff that was serving was too confused and laid back … overall not a good experience.. and definitely a poor show

        It’s the worst resort you can get in Indore. I won’t recommend if you are not from Indore. They took my booking at the double price on the new year. I called to confirm the booking their customer service never picks up the call. I went the resort and due to some policies the cancelled my confirmation and it’s been more than 15 days my refund isn’t initiated. They are just pathetic. Why would someone revisit them if they can’t help the customer. Shame on them

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
