I have stayed there for 4 days. Overall experience was good. Noteworthy mention was hotel staff. All the staff were very nice, cooperative and soft spoken. The checking in and check out process were very fast and seamless. Food and room service were good.

Everything about this hotel is good except for their one male receptionist who is very rude and impatient. He does not know how to respect woman and he does not even try to understand any explanation given on any issue. He should get some training on how to deal with the hotel’s customers. Infact, the entire reception area should be briefed on a timely manner on their behavioural issues.

Agoda double charged me and booked two rooms even though I wanted one; and the hotel staff refused to provide any cancellation for the extra room or even change the date for it. Poor service considering the quality of the establishment Edit: the actual service & quality of rooms were outstanding. Even breakfast was amazing. I gave the extra room to my friend & his wife, they also loved the experience. Just wish the policies weren’t so restrictive
