Absolutely illiterate staff, the manager has absolutely no clue how to run a hotel and the staff are just simply shameless. I'd rather advise you to stay in an airbnb. I honestly don't know how the staff here is nonchalant about thier careers.

Decent property, WEIRD POLICIES!! Was charged Rs 250 for spoiling a cheap 50 rupees handtowel😱… YES YOU HEARD IT RIGHT!! After spending lacs on a wedding at this property, this is the appreciation you get…What a shame!! Folks!! stay away from their towels, carry your own🤣 Moreover, this property has only 2 elevators for guests…ensure you have hours of extra time if using any of the upper level banquets, restaurants, pool area etc.😰

I would start by saying DO NOT HIRE DEEPALI FOR DECOR. She is extremely unprofessional, lies a lot, doesn’t show any work before the event and keeps chasing for payment as she knows her work is below average and people might not pay her after looking at her terribkr low quality work. She is doing it for the sake of it, she is not passionate about her work and the quality she delivers is pathetic. She charges so much and does below average low quality work and then when you ask her to change things or tidy them up, she argues, doesn’t feel like she is serving a client after charging so much and using cheap and old material for decor. I had a terrible experience with her, she is rude and her work is really really bad. The only thing I liked at Regnant is the banquet staff who are there with you at the time of the event. All are so nice and helpful and the food is really good. I celebrated my son’s birthday here, the event staff is not very prompt and helpful. I went with my son to meet Shalini and team to discuss the venue etc and asked her to guide me to the washroom, she replied they don’t have any washrooms on that floor, when I asked how that is possible in a hotel, she said it’s on for staff. I went out with my son to check, and there was one just next the lift on the same floor which had a sign saying for guests. Such poor hospitality. Soniya in the staff was very helpful in answering all my queries and getting things done. But she was not prompt on the of the event when I needed housekeeping to clean up the place after the decor was done. The banquet staff at the day of the event was excellent and catered to all my requests. Each member of banquet from servers to managers to people in the banquet were amazing. Overall very happy with the banquet ground staff but the management is poor.

Food is good. The valet parking although was a bit suspicious to me since when we went to get the car, the driver said there is a puncture in one tyre and he said that he can get it repaired. But when we declined, he offered to refill the air and asked to check if it works. And it worked fine since we drove back home and thereafter to many places and there was no puncture observed.

You pay equivalent to 5 star hotel and get the service for 2 star hotel. That's how the hotel is in summary. From check in to room service, the staff is so poorly behaved. There was no amenities in the room which is by default included like tea bags, enough towels, dental kit, slippers, etc ( it's all charged in room price) if you call them to ask for these they will be very hesitant and give only 1 towel at once. I have been to lot of 4 star and 5 star hotels and hospitality is the only thing that makes them 5star. They did not have wifi password, newspaper, tea mugs, slippers, only 2 towels, no shaving kit, no dental kit and hospitality is big 0 they why are they charging such huge amount. I had paid for for extra bed but cot provided was broken and looked like they took it from garbage. Very poor hospitality and not even worth for half of what they charge. Avoid it if you are looking for pleasent and comfortable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
